Synopsis: A docufilm based on real-life events and interviews: During the Second Intifada, three filmmakers ventured into the heart of Jerusalem’s Old City to document the white-hot political tension and ideological divide between the Israeli Jews and Palestinians. But on the third day of the production, the crew’s cameraman, Dani Dagan, disappeared without a trace. The Israeli government speculates he was kidnapped by religious extremists, and after years of fruitless attempts to uncover his whereabouts, the filmmakers decided to conduct an investigation of their own. With the help of CBC freelance journalist, Igal Hecht, the crew set out to uncover what really happened to Dani Dagan on that fateful day. (Completed 2009.)
